We use your age, gender, body weight, and body fat data to determine exactly how many calories you need to maintain your weight. We determine how well you burn fat and carbohydrates relative to others of your gender and age. You can also choose how quickly you want to meet your goals. With this, we can build a free nutrition plan, perfect to help you achieve your fitness goals.
If you have an allergy or need a special diet (for instance, vegan or gluten free) upgrade to our Gold version. Our Registered Dietitians will craft a nutrition plan perfect for you and your fitness goals.
